We set site power from day one, then execute all rough-in wiring, conduit, and panel work during the framing stage — passing rough-in inspection before walls close.

After drywall, we install all devices, fixtures, panels, and equipment connections — coordinating with other trades to keep the finish schedule on track.

Final Inspection & CO
We schedule and pass the final electrical inspection, coordinate the utility energize, and deliver all documentation needed for the certificate of occupancy.
